The Cinematic Orchestra featuring Patrick Watson - To Build A Home (Gazzmann Remix)
This is my own deep house remix of To Build A Home, one of my favourite tracks by The Cinematic Orchestra. Patrick Watson’s vocals were just a beautiful to work with. I created this so that I could play it out in my DJ sets at Region2 in York. I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed remixing it.

M83 - Midnight City (Gazzmann Edit)
Midnight City is right up there as my favourite track of 2012, coming from the superb 6th album, Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming, by French artist M83. But although brilliant it was unfortunately unsuited to fit into my DJ sets, so with a little spare time over Christmas I put together my own special extended edit of the track, expect me to play it in pretty much every set I do in 2013. This is it, I hope you like it.

We are very pleased to announce that our tester gig at Sotano went down a storm, keeping the bar going right to the very end 3am close. We had a couple of teething problems with equipment, as is always the way, but we’re now fully prepared to return to the awesome bar for a regular monthly slot.
So as from the 1st of February 2013 Region2 will be every First Friday of the Month.
Expect residents Gazzmann & Dave Oliver to provide a refreshing mix of Deep House & Funky Tech with maybe a smattering of other subgenres in there but basically all round good quality Underground House Music. We might even have the occasional guest. But best of all it’ll remain totally free and run from 9:30pm right through till 3am.
Sotano will continue to provide the very finest cocktails, rare spirits, wines and international craft beers, just the kind of fuel you need for the more discerning night out. We look forward to seeing you deep deep down.
